HAPPI Health New Year Goals

HAPPI Health is wishing you a safe and HAPPI new year. In 2022, we want to encourage more family time. We believe that without the love and support of our family we would not be where we are today. It’s on those dark days and low moments when family steps in to remind you that you can do it. HAPPI Health would like to maintain the health of your family. Below we have come up with some fun and easy ways to prioritize family time and your health.

Do you enjoy a good meal? We can all agree that some nights we may not want to cook so we tend to use food services such as door dash or UberEATS. What we’re proposing is pick at least one day a month to eat at home. Look up a fun, healthy, delicious recipe on Tik Tok or YouTube that the whole family may enjoy. This is a great way to save money and to bond over creating a delicious recipe.

Have you tried Zumba? It’s a fun way to incorporate up beat music, dancing and burning calories. You can do Zumba at home or you can go to a studio and participate. Zumba is a family-oriented exercise that can be performed at all levels of experience. Another way to get some family exercise in is by participating in a 5k. 5k’s are not that long and are a great way to get in some exercise. You can run or walk them.

Huntsville has so many new attractions that are family-oriented. You can find so many things to do in Huntsville with your family. Some great places for families to visit are: Stars and Stripes, Dave and Busters, TopGolf, the Camp or Stove house. Family time does not have to be in the house. It can be a night on the town with the family.

Whatever you do we hope that you get to enjoy time with your family. HAPPI Health will be here for all you family health needs. We hope to see you soon in the new year. Remember to practice social distancing, washing your hands and to take the necessary COVID precautions.
