Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be experienced in working with individuals with disabilities. This role involves conducting diagnostic evaluations, crisis intervention, and both individual and group counseling sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Conduct crisis intervention sessions to address immediate mental health needs.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' psychological conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for patients.
• Implement psychopharmacology recommendations as part of the treatment process.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients with specific behavioral challenges.
• Employ motivational interviewing strategies to enhance client engagement and promote positive behavioral changes.

Skills:

• Strong background in patient care, particularly with individuals with disabilities.
• Proficient in crisis intervention techniques and strategies.
• Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans.
• Ability to provide effective individual and group counseling services.
• Knowledge of psychopharmacology principles as they relate to mental health treatment.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis methods for behavioral interventions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathetic listening.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
