Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric and Family Nurse Practitioners to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality care to children, from infancy through adolescence, and adults in a variety of clinical settings. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments for pediatric and adult patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in children and adults.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Perform procedures such as IV infusions, phlebotomy, and Botulinum toxin treatments as required.
• Provide telehealth services to enhance patient access to care.
• Educate patients and families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems like Cerner.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Triage patient concerns effectively to prioritize care delivery.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems.
• Experience with IV infusion techniques and phlebotomy procedures.
• Ability to provide telehealth services effectively, utilizing technology for remote patient care.
• Strong understanding of anatomy relevant to pediatrics and adults and the ability to ventilate when necessary.
• Experience in geriatrics is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent triage skills to assess patient needs promptly and accurately.
