Born and raised in the Mississippi Delta, Dr. Ward, a Board-Certified pediatrician, graduated cum laude from Tougaloo College, Tougaloo, MS, receiving her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical in Syracuse, NY with completion of pediatric residency at INOVA Fairfax Hospital for Children in Falls Church, VA. Prior to moving to Huntsville, Dr. Ward worked in community health centers throughout central Mississippi. She’s happy to have found a new home with HAPPI Health. In her downtime, Dr. Ward enjoys family, outdoor activities, laughter and the sound of laughter.
